How it works

In small, usable increments

The name is the method.

  1. Agree the problem together

We start with a session with you and the people who’ll use the result. We agree the problem, the data and what “done” means.

  2. Build the first step

I build the first step. The people who’ll use it try it while it’s still rough and tell me what’s wrong.

  3. Review, then decide

We review it together, and you decide whether to take the next step. Your staff work alongside me throughout, so they can run it after handover.

Before any paid work, we agree in writing what I’ll deliver, how we’ll review it and what it costs. Handover, ownership and stopping terms go in that written scope.
